Very Very RealA Poem by AekmyDoes anyone really know what goes through our minds even as we shine through the darkness? *Please read slowly and pause as felt to do so*Funerals are always a drag If you're a sister You always remember the things she used to say Only to you And if you had became upset or something She was always there for you and never left Your side Even when she had to go Even if you both had something Really important to do Like study for some big test And now all those people cry over my sisters chest Like they understand her ever being and feelings When she was broken and so was I, I stood by her side And though I remember But she never understood When I said "I love you" And another dream of mine goes And though I'm depressed it's not sadness that Concerns me And though we laughed a lot It isn't the lack of happiness that made a difference But only that everybody is together and you And your family can confess a few sins through the Service And I really hope poor Ann never Has to read about this Because she never understood and never will I was down and pulled her up and You probably think that's very stupid And all the while She never understood It was all very very Real © 2009 AekmyAuthor's Note
