Are we there yet?

Are we there yet?

A Poem by dining alone

My eyelids are lead pendulums
I'm dancing I'm so dizzy,
without respitory, I begin my journey.
Take my hand and we'll share a migraine or two,
the exhaust is welcoming me and you.

Don't let forever overwhelm
because we have just enough film.

It's a song and that's why this isn't the least bit wrong
I'll sing along with the carbon monoxide poisoning
It's a song and that's why this isn't the least bit wrong
Our jaws are marveling at the convulsing

Put 'nude' on repeat until there's no oxygen for us to eat.
If they discover us smiling, that would be really neat.

A melancholic tale but told lightly and succinctly as if the moments are being enjoyed with smiling and reverie. Intriquing write. Keep it up. Thank you for sharing your talent.
