Again

Again

A Poem by Adrian Smith

Looking beyond this point searching for your love again,

Seeing the way you use to be makes me wonder ahead.

Living my life without your touch, feigning your laughter,

Giving you everything I had to make my adrenaline faster,

Figuring your gone I can't go on loving you like most,

Seeking the truth soaring alone being used like a host,

Missing you like crazy wanting to call you my baby once more,

Sick of this misleading, torment, and pleading my heart is sore,

Come back to me I will forgive you please don't forget,

Our love was the strength that kept me going,

it was the fire that burned,

All over and around me, wiping away any tears that may turn,

Trying to find someone else a new love to hold,

A girl who can make me be a man who's loved and bold,

Say you love me again like you use to make me happy,

Let me take you to my world where you can see my side.

Moving, I felt quite a bit of longing in your poem. A good writer is someone who makes the reader feel, anything. Good job.
