Your poem has a simplicity of statement. It describes some personality traits and attitudes. I'm not sure how being mad prevents sadness, but it's interesting. A frame of mind such as this would cause a person to feel less stress and anxiety. Even reading the lines here makes me more relaxed. I think I'll take a nap.
