it's driving me crazy

brother’s been missing each night, placing on you worry

dads been traveling and smells sweeter with each return

and I've been thirty minutes away

with this new life that I've made

this is exactly why I didn't go

I was worried, but you said go

but it's too late to come back now

I'm coming back next Christmas

Mothers are selfless. They sacrifice everything for their children. A mother is her child's first teacher. She doesn't sleep until her child does and she doesn't it until her child does. Even though many people neglect their parents when they grow young, but parents never think ill of their child, they are always there for him. This is a very nice poem. Keep writing.

I so relate to this but you know, as much as we worry and wish things were different, we do have to live our own path also. It can seem so hard at times and not without guilt but is the right thing to do. A most honest and reflective piece Adi, I wish you well :)
