The distance between us
only grows each day
it's just the way it is
maybe someday
we'll see eye to eye
again...

lets just grow apart

Excellent write! It sums up long distance relationships so nicely. The last line for me is especially intriguing and could be taken two different ways. “Grow apart as in distancing oneself but with the emphasis on ‘grow’ could also mean something positive. Loved it!
