Unconditional Love

Unconditional Love

A Poem by Italian Pride
"

Humankind and the moon, who would've thought they could ever love each other.

"

When all looks bleak and love proves meek,

Look to the skies and then there seek.

Seek for the stars that shine above,

And the Moon that watches over them.

There you will find your answer to that hunger that dwells in your soul,

And yearns to fill itself with an undying love and affection.

In the beauty of Moon's graceful nature, God there dwells.

His shelter over us, illuminates the sky,

With rays that shine white with intense love and passion.

Love to see us not fall down on our road to destiny,

And the passion to provide us the rays of hope necessary to light the way.

This type of love is only from, the Moon that we can find up above.

I felt such peace when I read these lines. Beautiful, haunting images. Thanks for reminding us of the many wonders that God has created to show us love.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I....I'm at a loss for words to describe the intensity of the emotion inherent in this poem. Well done, well done.
