Lynch's lake

Lynch's lake

A Poem by Adam Parker
"

The difference between the calm internal and the crazy external of self .

"
with a cold heart I fall off the face of myself
take the breaths passed down- in through nose out through mouth ,
a cacophony of sound, moving traffic images in mind,
all crash to blank in the breath of man.

Realisation of external and internal-
myself and my soul are a lake untouched
by the material forces of what is there and what isn't ,
my external , myself - who I am ,
Or ; who I appear to be are suceptible to everything,
like David I Lynch myself on this external -
It is only upon looking at the calm lake that I see what it is to be truly still,
I wish this forever .
