Liberal capitalA Poem by Adam ParkerChasing the chance of a job so you can happy . A reliance on money for everything , however this is not fairly distributed or achievable. We live in a world where someone can no longer self sustain.
a world without capital is a reality unachievable -
one must sell labour, sell themselves. Sell. Buy. Sell. Buy. Own nothing . Feudalism replaced by capitalism , Capitalism that creates discontentment , division and delirium, but nothing is lain before us for change. Communism relies on people to be impartial ; to not be corrupted by greed or power , inhereantly against human nature. Now even the educated fall on their face , Nepotism is our religion - and it spreads like a disease. They say "I'm sorry but your application has unfortunately been declined " "We look forward to hearing from you in the future" but the job goes to Sebastian ; who has just come back from skiing In the alps, and whose father , Hugo- has just finished a merger at his law firm. Students at university getting degrees and debt , Eyes wide with thoughts of opportunity ; changing the world for the better, only to not have the chance . They must sell their soul to the devil of capital to progress, a process scorched with indignation - lascivious and sanguinary , we no longer can self sustain: Even the farmers don't live off their crops, they are exploited by supermarkets, We must sell our labour or be pushed into the Earth. I wish this on no one . © 2017 Adam Parker
