vent it all out. "f**k things up" that pretty much sums what you felt.
jumble or not, i like this cause its straightforward in a sense.
if you vent; vent it good and ingeniously, like poems! hehe~ i did the same when i got pissed cause my past adviser called us suck-ups --- what a hypocrite he was.
