For YouA Poem by John E.This is my first shot at a love poem. It's about some girl at my school that I like, and I don't want her to leave school if she ever does. She probably won't, but if she does, I'll read this to her.I would die for you, Swim 'cross a lake or maybe a ocean, I would climb the highest mountains, For you, my dear. I could travel round' the world in eighty days. I could bungee jump from a skyscraper so tall, Yet it's for you, my dear. Don't you ever leave, My dear, for I can't Stand another day, Without you, Just come and stay, For I may miss you. And this poem, Is for you, my dear. © 2008 John E. |
