Tears

The world is gone

the plaque has spread within

My ship has sank

I am left within

 abandoned till death

I am no king, no prince, only a fool

changing my outward appearance for others

Faking smiles, faking words, faking happiness for them

Yet they abandon me again.

I deserve the pain, for of course I am only their fool.

Built to drag around

healed to bruise again

laughed upon once the tears fade again.
