What I Consider

What I Consider

A Poem by Amanda Richelle

As much as I consider 'truth'-
One would think I had it conquered in my youth,
Actually each day I become more brave-
Authenticity propelling the way I behave,
Honesty comforts a particular ache-
Mending the soul through the most colossal breaks,
Legitimate questions still arise-
Constant inquiring behind these eyes,
Realizing I don't have to be afraid-
I can genuinely continue my compassion crusade
