Time to share

Tonight I participated in my very first poetry open mic night!! I was inspired to write about my 'progression of sharing'

Embracing the chance
To communicate a stance-

Conquering the fear
That no one will care to hear-

Depicting sensation
Offering interpretation-

Radiating hope
That the world can cope-

Transmitting peace,
Embracing the spiritual release.
