Lavender LightningA Poem by disconnectedspiritA poem about jealousy. The emotion can strike you like lightning, Streaking across your very spirit, Flashing through a tortured soul of passions, Bright and bold it then crashed to the earth. Can you smell the sweet and calming perfumes that remain behind? The charred scent remains in the air, Intoxicating and drifting up your nostrils, Calming frazzled nerves with its' strong and powerful odor, Relaxing your mind with all the reasonings as too why. It is the lavender scent of jealous lightning. © 2011 disconnectedspiritAuthor's Note
