A Concubine To Conservation

A Concubine To Conservation

A Poem by disconnectedspirit
"

A poem for ecological pursuits.

"

She was a concubine for conservation,

Serving the earth to help sustain it for God and man,

Organic desires flooded her thoughts,

Ecological pursuits burned her flesh,

It flooded through her veins,

Ravaging her spirit,

It consumed her very being,

Pumping ecologically sound advice and actions,

Environmentally enticed,

Earth was meant to protect,

A green warrior with servitude to the planet,

She was nothing more then a slave to earth.

Very nice! I loved the art work as well! We need to care for mother earth as she is all we have, look at how she cares for us yielding harvest after harvest to feed mankind. Sharing her many beautiful scenery's for our pure enjoyment. We need to give back to her, or someday she shall yield no more. And we too will cease to exist.
