Forgotten showers

Forgotten showers

A Poem by Raine

With eyes closed I claim memories of you
Scents linger, your fingertips
Lovingly encircling, enticing my thoughts
Bodies pressed moving as one

Mango scented, seducing my mind
Misty air hovers unbroken by movement
As I trace your skin
Watching your eyes fill longingly with needs

The night passes, wickedly washed away
Replaced with tangled limbs, stealing kisses
Showering in the moment, your voice begins to break

Murmurs of pleasure escape hungrily
Giveing and takeing like animals
Rising, shuddering
Right there, you always known my secrets

Untangling, relentlessly letting go,
Fog thickining, I can no longer see you
As it clears I realize I am alone
As the water is turned off
I watch memories of you
wash down the drain

A amazing poem. Description and flow of story held me to the last words. You are a talented writer.

Sensual and nostalgic at the same time, a sad love lost depiction. Nicely written :)))
