Hyper contradictions

Hyper contradictions

A Poem by Raine

I am hardened,
Dense; like the core of a far off star,
A frantic fury
Untiring and diligent,
Steadily I strain with industrious resolve.

Exhaustively, assiduously
I comb fragments
Of my weakened surroundings
Into a tremulous wake behind
My nucleus of golden resolve.

I am ashes of
power unimaginable ,
The ruins of thirst
Insatiate.

A yearning presence.

Spare me a thought
As I part barriers
Of common sense.
