just go with the flow...

Swallowing my expressions,

Told me to run away,

Into the red and blue

Under the sky... a holiday,

 

Got someone who makes me smile,

I wish he never try again,

Got someone who makes me smile,

I wish he’d never die again,

 

Soon I came across a life,

A little bit more emptiness,

Put a smile on its face,

And spelled it like happiness...

 

Different names on the walls,

None that I know of much,

I know how you write your lines,

And I scream out in pain...

 

Life wears a mask of reality,

Where poetic fantasies are craftily portrayed,

I know how you read my lines...

And I scream out in pain...

Beautifully written Abhas! The pain and anguish leaps out of the verses...
Dard ka koi roop nahin hai,
Kabhi ufaq ki gehraayon mei dhala hua,
Kabhi suraj ki kirnon mei jala hua...
Kabhi mehendi ke rang mei samaaye,
Kabhi khwaab banke palkon pe aaye...

A lot of internal struggle in this poem. I could feel the sadness and pain in the words.

It is good to express anguish in artistic formats. You do justice to poetry. This almost plays like a song. Very lyrical.

I scream in pain in my words too. Most of us do.
