![]() Help me God!A Poem by abhasHolding my
breath to check my insanity, If I die
give my soul to charity, Forces of
benevolence seem twice as far, My time
craves for another scar, Madness of
the city, the drunken spree in the rain, Not enough
to stop the rain out of my vein That damned
blue ocean in your eyes, Has darkness
beneath that tells me goodbyes, Fate is
twisted so says the lady, I’m so
needy, never so greedy, My presence
leaps in the cemeteries of thoughts unborn, The
monotonic leftovers mocks my scorn, Disasters cater
to my every need, The garden’s
a dream for lost is the seed, Seldom I try
and try this hard, And find
myself behind the line of start, The rain
pours unwillingly over my head, Because I’m
the sort of person who would be sad instead, The breath
of sun gets unbearable more, And I mend
my soul so I can ignore, Dense
paranoia finds its haven in me, Staring
through darkness to find a reflection of thee, This madness
overpowers even the passion to live, It’s just
another day in my closet I believe... © 2010 abhasFeatured Review
