Late night poetry
(Or writings) Death Seems to be okay Something as normal Right? A common misconception Between heaven and hell If you do this you go there It's true Why don't people see that Choosing a path Of eternal torture For something proclaimed as right We see light as a sign of a new life But yet we wonder There is no "light" In a place with pain For people Depression seems like hell And we confuse them "I'm living in hell" They have no idea the torture The pain in which they will seek Because of their actions But we still do it Lust comes in Not just for sexual Drinking, drugs Sure it's a "fun time" Maybe 2 hours, 4 It's over and we crave more We have the ability to change But yet they simply don't Afraid much? Maybe Maybe confused Lost Simply because They see life as an adventure Sure it is For some though That "adventure" The adrenaline courses But when it's done You only seek one thing More Until your body aches Your muscles tense When you lie on your death bed What do you see No light Crazy © 2015 Abby VandebergReviews
