The Power of Heels

The Power of Heels

A Poem by Pressed and Prim
"

Is this how women feel when they wear a pair of killer heels?

"
Standing tall
Looking Ahead
Marveling at legs.

The heels bring more
Than the added height.

The pain endured,
Some feel oppressed.
But when those
Heels go on, we feel
On top.

Models with their
Stick thin pins
Thunder thighs seem
Almost comparable.
With a single ankle strap,
Transformed into
Society's expectations.

A tall blonde
With long curly hair,
Gold hoop earrings
A million bucks.
The utter desires
Sex with stilettos
A man's fantasy.

They have no idea
That they are falling
For the magic of
The heels.

The completed starlet,
The mother at large
All in with the
Boost of
Attractive pumps.

All colors, sleek black
To attract the business man,
Or fire red if you're feeling
Naughty.

We are all made different
By those lifting us
Further from the ground.

"Oh, your legs look fab"
Add another inch.

To the sky, baby!
Stand as tall as a goddess
In true form!

Pain comes later
But at least now
You feel like the sexiest
B***h
In the room.
