' Beg Your Pardon

' Beg Your Pardon

A Poem by A.r. Bazian

as i cross the landscapes,
gray of time and pain...
the same old scenario;
the same old rain!

caress the violets and...
slowly whither away;
nothing unusual, nothing's changed
a feeling mutual, visions deranged
all away... fall away

pardon my senses,
pardon my weight
pardon me...
and my departure...
i'm running late

excellent poem, it has shades of ginsberg in the way ur oddly drawn to eash word as appose to reading each word. my critic, only for the reason that i feel it is worthless to reveiw something with out at least finding some fault, is that ur phraseing of the verses is some what off. i tend to find the flow of the poem is more solid with well versed verses haha. However this poem is kind of made from its off beat flow. and the almost rush that u put to it fits the poem

simple and elegantly written. all in all i think it was pleasant to read and very cute.

Simple terms used to describe lonliness in a sense of beauty. Athough som wordsin the fist stanza sounded a bit over-used, all in all I liked it. My fav parts were:

pardon me...
and my departure...
i'm running late
