memories... on sale!

memories... on sale!

A Poem by A.r. Bazian

Memories… on Garage sale!

On our road through the distance…

Dark it was…

When light crossed our way…

Demons from my childhood…

Haunted my night…

Daddy… please drive them away…

Missed horizons…

Memorials gist…

Mommy don’t go…

I'm begging you

Mommy… please stay!

Empty horizons…

Such sun when it fades…

Numb… nothing still aids…

But the darkness in my head

And the tenderness of this bed!

Numb and soar…

Only pain I feel…

Oh…

And the rocky bumps of our road!

My heart's appeal…

Lonely in a waterless desert…

With one remains real…

A good friend…

He is my shield!

Alone on the road…

Alone all I feel is the pain and cold…

All my tears soon dried away…

All my memories are sold!

Interesting concept of memories for sale like memoirs. You write with passion and uniqueness...:)..........

Your memories are worth so much. Your memories drive you. I can see that. Your memories make your pen flow so easily when writing words. Your words just flow onto the paper as your emotions do the work. I enjoyed this poem.
