[Amber convictions limbed with the transition]

A Poem by Aaron Eliad

Amber convictions limbed with the transition
of girders malefacting grimace
spark along the sun. you lost your voice
singing along to paradise parade.

 A dispersed halo refraction expends
sackcloth by way of pianos and gallows;
shooting lazarus, but now we're shooting rebels
and little toy indians standing by
on grey commerce photo tv sets.

chinese pirate hats and all. winding
written amplifier weeds and wires,
thorns and quills
draught with displeasure character
of queenly devices

that ricochet pinwheel snowfall blossomings
like spindle serpent splendor carriages
who completely blessed,
cannot cross.
