A Ballad

Their story began when the season blinked to change.
Fate made them meet again and again.
She fell for him from the heights of sky.
The boy too felt the same...
But was although a bit shy ...!
One fine day he made up his mind.
"No one could stop us from our ultimate bind.!"
He approached the girl with an angelic smile, but his words were left miles behind...!
Soon she took the charge and said it all !
She said to him to save her heart as it was with him.
This made him feel even more for her & they stood where everyone stood dim..!
At their love pinnacle,
He was was in grief
Suffered with disease not so brief...
He was toward his elaborate end!
Neither earth nor heaven could it bend!
Hazardous was her life when she came and saw him lying on the death bed unclaimed..!
He wanted to talk to her all alone...
His voice was low & tremoring so was his throat.
He took a promise from her that,
Not yo whine or cry on his demise...
And if she did ... Up there! He would be sliced...
The time passed and passed by again...
Yes, again they both were in equal pain!
The boy saw the girl crying,
The boy tried to ask her why ?
But the girl didn't reply....
He tried to hold her hand,
But she went away ...
The boy then realised that
She was sitting on his GRAVE...!✨
