This incessant whirlpool

Covers slowly

in slime

in muck.

 

Never stopping,

Never slowing.

Always growing,

Always feeding.

 

Schools of fish

Tumble

In its verocity.

 

I,

I alone,

Stand

A brick in a whirlwind.
