Misunderstood

A poem i wrote last night when i was feeling down, not from my perspective but with the same emotion.

It wasn't the blade
 Or the people
  As her life fades
   It was him
    He caused her pain
     Bent her on a whim
      Now as she lies
       Sunlight shines
        Yet closed are her eyes
