Is a gap.

Aha, yes. Sometimes, that feels true for me also. Although, my writings here; also include many imaginative (fictional) works too. Along with, various short stories.

Some years ago, I did well enough in a few contests; for some poems to be printed in anthologies. The woman who introduced me to this site, encouraged me back then.

Almost always, I understand that you seek to portray reality in different ways. Though almost always, involve experiences unique to yourself.

Interestingly, your rare fictional poem about that attractive young man in the waterfall; was real in the sense that - it reflected some raw desires and carnal feelings from within yourself.

Writers and their writing are as different from one another, as all human beings are so different from one another. For better or worse, darling friend.

I should add, that I cover many philosophical themes; and even a small number of amusing ones etc. In fact, I rarely draw directly from specific experiences of my own; although real ones often inspire me to write around them. Anyway, keep on writing...
