I’m torn on this. There’s a part of me that thinks this is actually very powerful. It’s two words, three if you count the title but only 2 unique words. It’s incredibly short but it almost has to be. Only using two words kind of brings home the whole sense of what it is and is trying to say. I really like that. I don’t think it would work in all cases but it certainly does here.
The other part of me, unfortunately, does kind of think it might be more of a status update and less of an actual poem.
Like I said though I’m torn. I don’t know and I certainly don’t mean to give the impression that I think it’s wrong. I think it’s cool to see it once, but if everything became like this I probably wouldn’t like it as much.
Just my rambling thoughts.
