Hey look!
Look at me - I said
But you could not hear
You were not my father
Not my mother
You did not have my dna

And you would be there
In the future
A different face
The same voice
And signature

And I would conquer the light
To catch you by surprise
I had to learn to live with little
And take
What was not given to me.
