My screams

I sent a silent prayer

He knew

I felt a rush

Cruelty consumed him

Fabricating a monster

Out of someone

I trust

Or, trusted.

My innocence

Subject to his brutality

His pain

I felt

Through each fist

Each mark

Each scratch

Each scar

I cried

He hit

I screamed

I pleaded

And with that he finished

My face

Red and stained

From blood

Spilled by someone

With intentions unbearable

I feel it.

Unwanted
