In HopeA Poem by Ramsha GhofranThis poem talks of false hope.
Rain withers those sheltered by the hope of tomorrow,
Mixed muse may then be the grieving melody to my sore ears, Drained hearts thrown into the depths of death who suffered life, Conjoined by love, what breathes life drowns in hope, The veil of this universe, The pearl perched upon her neck. Granted be the stars as her scars she has lost many, Whispers flowing like poison water deafening eyes. This universe, her muted voice drowns you into sleep, Where dreams are chased you were never meant to keep, Rain withers those sheltered by the hope of tomorrow. Come tomorrow, we may only ever live till we cease to today. ~Ramsha
