![]() see you neverA Poem by megan dieu![]() a sonnet about a girl going through depression who decides to depart the world. this is her suicide note.![]()
i wander a place bereaved of light,
treading a known world named reality. i, the withering vine, a wretched sight, degrading slowly, waiting to be free. reality left red slits on my skin, an everlasting tattoo of anguish. reality pulled strings with a cruel grin, till light, hope and pleasure diminishes. the puppeteer controlled my emotions, consuming the light within me slowly. bleeding more as the crimson slits deepen, it was killing me oh so gracefully! dear loved ones, forget me of my virtues, remember me for my lack of value. -see you never, m.d © 2018 megan dieuAuthor's Note
