When all you want is to remove the threat

~ i know... when my nephew was little and strange relatives visited, we had to tolerate their presence but we guarded him like hawks... not leaving him alone with them even for a second... ~ they weren't able to do anything to him but sometimes they said things to bully him and we had to be there to counter that... there and then... and make them back off... but there was no getting rid of them... ~ our society is like that... we just have to tolerate all sorts of relatives... just because they are related to us by blood...
