"Berry Fields"

"Berry Fields"

A Poem by mackenzi_drew

Empty streets
Frozen roots
Lay underneath
The frozen ground

Cold bones
Spirits roam
Light the candles
In your home

Feel the warmth
In your core
Watch the flame dance magically
Let go of the tragedies
And what you think you have to be
Simply,
run through the berry fields
Of your memories
