But there's always you.

But there's always you.

A Poem by Amir Firdaus

And tonight this finishing touch would be on a blissful kiss,
While the morning would have lovers miss
each other in the absence of another.

In tension lies the loving thought of correcting the wrong
Even though what that soul thinks, isn't all that strong.
Don't deny your courageous efforts to induce the tragedy
Of separate ties being cohesive in a different strategy.

There's more to find
There's always you.
There's no one else behind,
But there's always you.

A drive to your walkway would bring this hand to steer,
A walk that would end this unimaginable fear
of filling up the empty spaces in this heart, salvaged
Only by the soft gaze of you from my imaginative stage.

There's more to find
There's always you.
There's noone else behind,
But there's always you.

Why oh why could this inflict such a great deal
On one who asks only to align souls
Why oh why could someone ever steal
On many of who would be more ingeniously perfect, to hold.

Because there's always you.
