Beyond Reclaim

Beyond Reclaim

A Poem by Zyria

Oh tell me, Muse, what it is you desire--

A love born of flame or abscounded by fire.

Fed by the dark embellished in the night,

what else doest thou desire in thy sight?

Oh tell me, Muse, what it is you seek--

for if it is love you are after, my name you shall speak.

Doest thou not crave to appease that ache,

dreams of surrender forcing you awake.

Oh tell me, Muse, who it is to blame

for the wrongness that shall plague thy name..

Unreputable deeds taint your commint,

but tell me this: is she able to acquit?

Oh tell me, Muse, how it is you perceive

this life that was wanted, yet left only to greive..

In the deep chill of the night, thy weathered face of lust,

the cravings shall dissapte, our lives turned to dust.

Oh tell me, Muse, what it is you fear--

a life of solitude and to unhappiness you adhere.

Keep closed your eyes, and you will see

All you deserve will be done to thee.
