A Poem by Zuzanna Nitecka

Once upon a time, we lived in a sweet inconsequential world of domesticity. We did every little daily thing together. We cooked together; we ate dinners and cleaned dishes together; we slept and woke up together; we hated the alarm clock at 7 am and the pre-spring rain together. Inside our matchbox-size world we began dying. Together.
