Can't Wash it AwayA Poem by Alexa TaschI really hate a lot of people right nowThirty times a day, I wash my hands But still they are stained red And I’m afraid the cops will notice Because I killed you dead Then they’ll have to ask “Why did you kill this man?” I will tell them as simply as I can: I didn’t like the way he breathed I didn’t like the way he talked I didn’t like the way he acted I didn’t like the way he walked “Neither did people all over the world” they’ll say “And none of them took to murder So now we must lock you away.” But they won’t and they can’t They’ll never catch me I’ll murder them like I murdered you And the world will be happy Because they were annoying too And I will never wash this blood off my hands © 2012 Alexa TaschAuthor's Note
