Deep

Deep

A Poem by Zoey

Deep deep deep,

ocean dark and steep.

blue black red,

seams and scenes inside my head.

rush go the blows,

to and fro, the ocean flows.

the whales sing hauntingly

in the abis down below.

the eyes in disguise,

the rowers with their brown noses.

the sea's misty breath

covers their tanned necks.

and fish all under covers

swim in circles for unsure reason.

eyes cower to the sun's light,

deep calm till the moonlight.
