"Mirror, Mirror On the Wall"

"Mirror, Mirror On the Wall"

A Poem by Zoe Anne

“Mirror, Mirror On the Wall”

Mirror, mirror on the wall,

Who’s the fairest of them all?

He is one with eyes overflowing with honesty,

And his lips covered in modesty.

Mirror, mirror on the wall,

Who’s the greatest of them all?

He is one with great strength,

But his heart has a spirit with an even greater length.

Mirror, mirror on the wall,

Who’s the best of them all?

That is for you to decide,

For he may just be at your side.

As I look into the mirror,

I mope for the answers could never be clearer.

I felt a tap on my shoulder as I began to turn around,

And to my relief my future king has been found.

He was always by my side,

And always will be even after the days that I die.
