"Lady In The Moonlight"

"Lady In The Moonlight"

A Poem by Zoe Anne

“Lady in the Moonlight”

When a lady cries,

She ponders of her worst fears.

Her man-made eyes,

Bleed silver tears.

She walks through the moonlight,

And spots a monster on the beaten path.

She screams not with fright,

But with extreme wrath.

She is sick to the bone,

With anything that gets in her way.

She wants to be left alone,

Without any fears or tolls to pay.
