"Unborn Angel"

"Unborn Angel"

A Poem by Zoe Anne

“Unborn Angel”

I wish I had a gun,

So I could point it at your deathly fun.

I wish I could’ve shot it right out of your hands,

But I didn’t even exist yet to make any plans.

I wish I could’ve removed the blinds from your face,

And wheeled you to a better place.

She kept you hidden,

As well as bedridden.

I wish I could’ve cured your sickness,

So you could live another day to breathe in heaven's freshness.
