"I'm Going to Watch You Fall"

"I'm Going to Watch You Fall"

A Poem by Zoe Anne

“I’m Going to Watch You Fall”

What goes up must come down,

A smile turning into a frown.

You feel so high,

Flying in the sky.

You think you’re a dove,

When you’re just a toad in disguise, my love.

Well, I’m just going to sit back,

And watch you get the sack.

Have a nice trip,

See you next Fall and don’t give me any of your lip!

I’m going to watch you fall,

And make you crawl.

Crawl on your knees,

And pay for your fees.

I’m not just a kid from yesterday,

That you can just throw away.

I’m going to say goodnight,

To you and this awful plight.

You’re just another bulimic vampire,

You wanted even more than you could ever desire.

You will be vanquished,

Because your thirst will never be quenched.
