"Glamorous Romance"

"Glamorous Romance"

A Poem by Zoe Anne

"Glamorous Romance"

I want The Fame,
Our love is hotter than a flame.

The paparazzi can't touch us,
'Cause we're so fabulous.

Your eyes have more shine,
Than any diamond of mine.

You ate my plastic heart,
So we could dance beautifully in the dark.

Then you ate my silicone brain,
So we could kiss slowly in the rain.

We're two little monsters stuck in a trance;
It's a glamorous romance.

Hello Zoe Anne,

Not something I would expect from someone who writes alot of horror, but we can't make ourselves one trick ponies now can we? Course I must say I do favor the horror, I don't know if it's the gore, or all the little....well anyway.

This is a catchy little piece and I love the little shots it takes at today's pop culture. Such a silly mess that we have made where people would rather watch other people than watch their own lives. They would rather be entertained by douchieness than read a book. Disgusting really. A grave we made for ourselves.

Well done.

Always,

Matthew
