Let Your Hair Fly in the Air Please

Let Your Hair Fly in the Air Please

A Poem by Md. Ziaul Haque
"

Lover requests the beloved to let her hair fly in the air so that beauty can be born

"

To tell you the truth ‘my dear’,

I have fallen in love with your shiny hair,

Catherine’s hair in A Farewell to Arms seems slight,

After seeing yours one being followed by the moonlight.

Oh symbol of beauty! Don’t be so cruel,

Let your gorgeous hair fly ‘my jewel’,

Because the air does wait to play,

With your hair everyday.

Let the beauty be born around you,

Free your hair, let it fly in joy, let it go!

Love the imagery you present in 'Catherine’s hair in A Farewell to Arms', hair is such an aphrodisiac, you pen'd it well.
