DepressionA Poem by Zexter
Depression is like cancer,
It has no definite cure. It spreads just like a virus, Leaving people insecure. Depression is like poison, Leaving people on the floor. Depression will not leave when asked, It simply asks for more. Depression's so persistent, It won't come up for air. It leads you trapped inside yourself, Without a word to spare. Depression kills your ego, It kills the strength you have. Depression kills your will to live, It makes you very sad. © 2011 ZexterAuthor's Note
