the white and the woman

the white and the woman

A Poem by Dylan
"

a true story

"

bells battered my brain

echoing away

a late morning dream.

segram called

about some tennis--

i moaned a morning "alright"

and got up.

spinning spokes

flickered in the sun,

i rode hard

'til a blue pool

glistened bright

in the light.

while settling in

awaiting a court,

i quickly

helloed jerry

and a wonderful

woman in white.

the shimmering sea

soon beckoned,

so i Nestea'd a plunge

only to be

nautically challenged

by this lady's dare...

but alas!

contest banned--

for her behind

began to bare!

all swimming aside,

it was 'forty-love'

after missing yet

another serve,

but smashing back,

christa,

snapping a strap

dropped her top--

showing fantastic form

as the court roared "More"!

and all the while

this woman,

(sans white),

blushed scarlet,

pinking her tan--

though gracefully,

she composed again

to that wonderful

woman in white!
