My Dragon and I

My Dragon and I

A Poem by Zephaniah Devon
"

A short poem that randomly popped into my head as I was thinking about how much I would like a pet dragon.

"
I fly on a dragon high in the sky.
Watching the small world underneath glide-by.
I feel the ice cold wind fierce on my skin.
Filled with happiness I must grin.
Glancing down I see that we fly so high,
from me escapes an ecstatic cry.
I wish that we could fly forever,
my dragon and I.
